There will be only 25 homesites in Walnut Creek Preserve. Every site parcel offered for sale includes at least 10 acres. Most are equestrian sites in the range of 15-25 acres, including pasture, woods and house site. The equestrian sites include pasture which has been expressly designed and planted for horses, with mixed grasses suited to the climate of this area. Covenants require a minimum of two acres of pasture per horse. A few wooded sites with 4 acres or less of pasture are available for one horse families or for nature lovers whose interests include birding, mushroom, fern or tree study, or other similar pleasures.

Since night lights are restricted in Walnut Creek Preserve, sky gazing takes on a new meaning. Every site has a beautiful view and most have mountain views. This is an extraordinarily beautiful place, with 25 exclusive homesites surrounding a hilly forest full of streams and coves. Each homesite has direct access to the many miles of trails designed for horseback riding, jogging and hiking. The placement of homesites in areas around the periphery of the tract assures that vehicular traffic is kept out of the core of the Preserve where the majority of trails are located.

Each site is unique. Each site has its own charms. Each site deserves your attention. Click on homesites in the map above for brief descriptions and photos.

Note: Parcel acreage is approximate and subject to survey.
