the homesites
What is the profile of current Walnut Creek Preserve buyers? Most are middle aged with children launched, in college or approaching college. They have relocated from Georgia, Virginia, California, Texas, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and of course some are locals who embraced this new community with its 50 miles of riding and hiking trails. Most either have horses or intend to have horses and they enjoy trail riding as well as other riding disciplines. All appreciate the opportunity to walk for miles in the beautiful forest without crossing roads. Several have home based businesses that the latest technology allows us to enjoy. In the Walnut Creek Preserve community, although the homes are lovely, the focus is not on the biggest, fanciest house in the neighborhood but rather on fitting comfortably into the environment and enjoying the four seasons out-of-doors life. One owner has completed a Master Naturalist course and uses the Preserve’s botanical wealth to expand her knowledge. Group picnics by the waterfall, shared lessons in natural horsemanship, and walks with our dogs and one another provide fun and camaraderie.
Each site is unique. Each site has its own charms. Each site deserves your attention. Click on homesites in the map above for brief descriptions and photos.
